We’re based in Balfour and provide silage and baleage services across Northern Southland — including Lumsden, Five Rivers, Athol, Mossburn, Kingston, Garston, Mavora, Wendonside, and the surrounding rural areas.

To ensure we can schedule you in, we recommend booking at least two weeks in advance. If your paddock size or timing changes, just let us know as soon as possible.

We operate top-of-the-line harvesting machinery including Claas choppers, Krone Big Ms, Claas rakes, trucks, a JCB loader, and a Massey Ferguson baler-wrapper combo. This helps us achieve efficient, high-quality results.

Silage is typically stored in large stacks or pits and compacted, while baleage is individually wrapped bales. We offer both and can help you decide what suits your feed system best.

We work with a range of clients – from lifestyle blocks to large-scale farms. No job is too big or too small, and we pride ourselves on delivering top-quality service regardless of scale.

Weather plays a big role in quality feed. We monitor forecasts carefully and work closely with clients to harvest at the right time. If bad weather is incoming, we’ll discuss the best plan to ensure quality isn’t compromised.
